John Oliver (Rider Levett Bucknall) and Scott Beazley (CRC for Construction Innovation) will present at the next buildingSMART workshop on Tuesday 17 March – Cost estimation using BIM (Building Information Modelling).
Scott will provide an update of the National BIM Guidelines. John will discuss Construction Innovation’s Estimator Project. The workshop includes six presenters in total and will conclude with an open forum.

- AIQS BIM Estimation project will be described as part of that profession's development of BIM based educational resources.

This workshop is hosted and sponsored by the Sydney Opera House. It is the second of five workshops to be held in preparation for the National buildingSMART Conference, to be held in Sydney, 10–12 September
