A mix of new and experienced Construction Innovation project leaders recently participated in a one-day project leadership workshop in Brisbane.
The comprehensive one-day program aimed to provide effective project leadership guidancefor new project leaders involved with Construction Innovations extension program. It alsoprovided information on communication and cooperation protocols for individual project activities.
The workshop covered strategies for achieving the vision and translating ideas into practice. It also focussed on prioritising strategies, defining tasks, planning for implementation as well as developing communication and cooperation. The workshop was well received by old-hands and newcomers alike.

- Stephen Egan from CSIRO who leads the LCA Design Commercialisation project;
- Peter Scuderi, Construction Innovations Chief Operating Officer, Research and Commercialisation and Lyn Pearson, Construction Innovations Education Officer.
